We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment date.

We believe in our courses so much that we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within the 7-day window. Simply contact us and we’ll process your refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment
  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any certificate of completion
  • The course was purchased directly from StepSuccess (not through a third-party reseller)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed beyond 25%
  • Certificates of completion that have been issued
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have been conducted
  • Downloaded course materials after the refund period
  • Gift cards and promotional codes
  • Corporate or group licenses

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your StepSuccess account
  2. Navigate to “My Courses” in your dashboard
  3. Click on the course you wish to refund
  4. Select “Request Refund” option
  5. Fill out the refund request form
  6. Submit your request

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If technical issues prevented course access for a significant period
  • If course content was not as described
  • If there were errors in billing

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Course Exchanges

If you enrolled in the wrong course by mistake, you may request an exchange within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
